Quali sono le particolarità di questi chiusini? Di seguito in breve vi presentiamo le schede tecniche e l’approfondimento sulle loro caratteristiche.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Innanzitutto consideriamo i criteri che condizionano la scelta di un chiusino, ovvero l’intensità del traffico che il chiusino dovrà tollerare e la frequenza delle ispezioni che dovranno essere compiute nel corso del tempo. La necessità era di individuare due prodotti che potessero rispondere a queste caratteristiche, rispettivamente per l’utilizzo su strade con traffico normale o su strade principali a traffico intenso.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]I chiusini PAMREX e REXESS da noi proposti appartengono alla classe D400 della norma EN124 (potete trovare le indicazioni specifiche delle diverse classi di carico in questo nostro articolo), e sono quindi concepiti per un’intensità di traffico medio-alta.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Questi dispositivi infatti hanno una resistenza alla rottura superiore a quella richiesta dalla normativa, e sono muniti di un telaio rinforzato, caratteristiche che assicurano la loro stabilità in tutte le condizioni di traffico
I chiusini PAMREX in particolare presentano un elevato coefficiente di sicurezza: sono progettati per rispondere alle sollecitazioni del traffico intenso, e presentano un fattore di resistenza alla rottura molto superiore a quanto richiesto dalla normativa EN 124.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Grazie alla sua robusta struttura, il chiusino PAMREX è maggiormente indicato per le strade a traffico intenso: i suoi 88 kg gli permettono di resistere in miglior modo e più a lungo alle sollecitazioni del traffico. La guarnizione in elastomero inoltre ne garantisce la maggiore silenziosità al passaggio dei veicoli.

in breve tempo, l’acqua sospinge per uscire dalla condotta, il chiusino PAMREX è progettato per aprirsi spinto dall’acqua in pressione, e richiudersi quando la pressione scende, sfruttando il suo peso e restando collocato correttamente grazie alla cerniera, evitando così pericoli al traffico.
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Anche l’apertura necessaria per le ispezioni risulta semplificata: attraverso l’effetto leva è possibile aprire il chiusino. L’articolazione dimezza lo sforzo necessario per il sollevamento, aprendo il coperchio fino a 130°; in fase di chiusura il coperchio si blocca a 90° per garantire la sicurezza dell’operatore ed evitare la chiusura accidentale. Lo sblocco avviene sollevando leggermente il coperchio, per procedere poi alla effettiva chiusura, come mostrato in figura.
